I try not to throw around phrases like “life changing” or “game changer,” but Tiffany and my journey into organic vegetables has been both. It started last Summer with salads, because it felt too hot to make anything else.

We began the shift to organic after I listened to a podcast named “Lifespan.”
The host, Dr. David Sinclair (head of longevity research at Harvard), was talking about the importance of vegetables when he casually added that of course we want to eat organic because we don’t want to consume poisons.
So fast forward a year a few months and we make pretty amazing organic salads. Yet, for a lot of this journey, we dumped store bought dressing on top of our masterpieces.
Then Tiffany took charge and began making homemade dressing, which there’s no really going back to store bought after you’ve had the good stuff.
