Old Salmon Falls and Monte Vista Loop Trails share a trailhead. Complete them as short 5 and 3.2 mile hikes or combine them and possibly a bit towards Brown's Ravine for a six or seven mile hike. If my math looks bad, it's because the two trails share the first mile or so towards the lake, which is also the most crowded part.
